• Location: Intersection of W. Grand Blvd. and Lawton in the Northwest Goldberg neighborhood of Detroit

• Housing Units: Phase 1: Affordable senior units, ready by late 2026 Phase 2: 65 more mixed-income homes in planning

• Goal: Offer affordable housing units for Detroit seniors and families. This is much bigger than a renovation project; it’s a symbol of Detroit’s incredible resilience and commitment to building a stronger, more equitable future for all.
