Fred and Barbara Erb Public Media Campus

Sachse Construction is proud to partner with Detroit Public Media in developing the Fred and Barbara Erb Public Media Campus, which will bring Detroit PBS, 90.9 WRCJ, and more than 85 employees together under one roof.

The 53,700-square-foot headquarters will create a modern media and community hub featuring a 300-seat theater studio, educational spaces, broadcast studios, flexible collaboration areas, and outdoor spaces designed for community engagement. The project includes phased renovations, demolition of an existing structure, interior office and conference room build-outs, and a 120-space parking lot.
